I received a referral from a friend and All City Heating and Air was one of the best calls I have ever made! James Carthon serviced the central heater for both my elderly parents house as well as mine. James is by far the most honest, trustworthy and courteous technicians I have ever met in the HVAC industry. James not only worked quickly to solve the issue, but he made certain I understood exactly what he was servicing, why it would cost what it did and how the system operated. I am now a more knowledgeable homeowner because of James Carthon. Epic job done here and keep up those high standards All City!

We had James out to look at our central air (heater) after it failed last week. It turns out the blower motor mount had failed and crashed the squirrel cage into the blower housing. It’s an older unit, but in good condition aside from the failure. James tracked down a new motor and installed it (and balanced the squirrel cage). The unit runs great and hasn’t run this smoothly, and quietly since many years ago. I Highly recommend this outfit.

James Carthon from All City Heating & Air has to be one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We needed a complete new Heating and AC System. The home we purchased, never had AC and the heater was a relic. We had the asbestos, venting and ducting all replaced. A beautiful brand new heater and of course the best part, the AC unit. James has the best smile, a kind heart, honest to his very core and does everything with a huge smile that will just “Make Your Day!” Mark who works in the office is just as kind as James and is so helpful. Thank you All City Heating and Air. You are simply the best and we are very grateful for you and your Team!

All City Plumbing is the BEST plumbing service I have ever experienced!!! I have multiple properties, and the service from DJ was exemplary. His ability to assess the problem, communicate most effectively, the options of repair as it relates to the involvement of the Insurance Company etc. was none that I’ve ever experienced. Given that All City Heating Air and Plumbing had the great fortune to hire someone of his caliber is greatly appreciated. As a seasoned Executive Administrator, I have great respect for how they choose their Technicians.
Kudos to DJ!! If I were you, I’d make sure to ask for him!!!!

Originally needed gas line for a water heater to be replaced but ended up having both the gas line and water heater changed. James Carthon is the nicest, honest, trustworthy, and a stand-up gentleman. He did not try sell me something I didn’t need and gave no pressure at all. James and Curtis installed new gas piping and a new water heater in a few hours. Both are very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. If I could give 10 stars, I would. When calling, got to love when they ask “How can I make you smile today?” Can’t forget to give a shoutout to Desiree and Mark when scheduling an appointment and answering questions that I had. Will continue to use and highly recommend All City Heating and Plumbing to anyone requiring their services.

I called last minute, but they had a really good turn around time. James was professional and punctual. James explained everything that needed to be done.

Perfect example of reasonable price and quality work. While not fast, they did just finish within the time estimate. While the process seemed a little clunky at times, they’re intent was always to do the job right the first time and leave with a satisfied customer behind, which I was!
