My Heater kept randomly working, and with the cold weather approaching I wanted to make sure that that we got it fixed. You see we have an old house build in 1925 and our front room floor heater was newer than that but was installed in the 90's. I called James from All City Heating and Air and explained what was happening. He said it is possible that we might need to rebuild it but we won't know until we go up under the house and see what going on. I asked how much he gave me a price and I said great come out as soon as you can. James arranged his schedule to come at that day and when he went under the house saw that it was actually faulty wiring from a company that we had come out about 2 year prior. He fixed it, got the heater working and the fee was minimal. This is the second time I have seen his Honestly with his workmanship come through. The first was on a referral that I gave him and he didn't charge the referral a penny because the problem was less than a $5 fix and even though they didn't know that, he did and told them to just have a blessed day. Business Owners like James are a special Breed of people and not only would I Highly Recommend him, I would only recommend, James Carthon and All City Heating and Air. Thank you James for your great workman ship and integrity.

We had an A/C guy come out and tell us it was going to cost $2500 for an expansion valve. James came out here and solved the problem for $175 - no new parts! It was a wiring issue with thermostat. I'm going to start calling this guy KING JAMES! HE SAVED ME $2,300 and got my business for another project.

Installed central air and heating.
Having All City Heating, Air and Plumbing install my heating and air was a pleasure! James come over multiple times before the install to go over plans and pricing and to make sure we thoroughly understood the process. He even recommended a good electrician to help set up our attic with the correct wiring needed for the heating unit.
The install only took 2 days! James did the overseeing of the project himself and came over after his men were done to give a final inspection. He also gave us some tips on how to keep our system running optimally. We have an old house, built in the 30s that had no A/C and an ancient, run-down floor heater that never worked right. This change has modernized our home and has increased it's value by 20-30%!
Overall I am very pleased with the result and am happy about the investment we have made in our home!

The hot water went out while my wife was in the shower, first thought was the kids used up all the hot water while they were in the shower. I waited for an hour giving the water time to heat up again, needless to say it was still ice cold. All City Heating, Air & Plumbing was referred to me through a friend. I contacted the company and explained my situation, upon answering some trouble shooting questions an appointment was set. They arrived on time and were very professional. The service agent was friendly and respectful of my property. Once the job was complete he secured the heater to prevent any movement and cleaned the area better than it was before he arrived. Not only did he carry off the old heater, but gave me insight on changing the air filters on my AC/Heating unit for better performance. I highly recommend All City Heating, Air & Plumbing to handle your needs

Two different companies came out for estimates, both said that I needed a new unit. At the time of service our unit was only 'seven' years old or over. We suffered for two summers thinking we needed a new system when all we needed was 'two' new capacitors. The other companies were going to charge me over $10,000.00 dollars. I called All City Heating Air & Plumbing the technician name James came out and did a very thorough check and found a small problem of two capacitors and a service clean which I only had to pay $450.00. I love their honestly, integrity, and awesome service.
